Bachelor Night! Woohoo!!

Hey there. I'm sooo tired! It was my first day back to work in 2 weeks & getting up early & getting ready....I mean, I have to get up early anyway, but to have to get ready & out the door by 7:50am is harder than staying in my pj's until 9:00am & having my coffee sitting down instead of running through the house is definitley a job in itself. Luckily, I have the day off tomorrow cuz I was supposed to go to Orem to take some stuff back & my Mom was going to go with me but now she can't. But, I gotta do some work on my essay papers, so it worked out for the better. I can't wait to watch "The Bachelor" tonight! Eventhough he sent my favorite, Jillian home last week! I was so confused cuz I thought they totally connected & made a Great couple! This is why I'm single!! I just don't get it I guess. I'm not good at reading the "signs" anymore. I used to be, but now....clueless. Gotta go, I'm falling asleep. Peace.

Celebrate Good Times! C-mon! Let's Celebrate!

Hey! So, what a week. First, let me start with my one year Anniversary of quitting smoking! Woohoo! I can't believe it! I feel like I am truly a "non-smoker!" Finally. I takes a good year to really allow yourself time to figure out how to function without a cigarette. I mean, there were days that I thought "what the hell" just smoke and deal with it later." And those days when I was stressed out or having a bad day, which a cigarette would have been the perfect release, but "no!" I talked my way through the agony and came out ahead of the "pack!" Get it...pack?! I know, I'm clever. So, celebrating that & my B-Day on the 19th (I quit smoking on my b-day last year) and passing my first Final.....big celebration....even if it's just going to Provo & eating at my favorite place....Artic Circle! I love their fry sauce! So, moving on....I have to work on my writing skills, APA style. It should be interseting. I'll let u know. By the way, I did a dance to the above Post Title song, "Celebration" when I was in dancing. I was about 12yrs. old and we wore these dance outfits styled like "The Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders"....pom poms & all! I remember it well because it was one of my favorite dances while I was in dancing, oh, & "Putting on the Ritz." Just thought I'd share that with you.

Monday....

Hey there. Well, it's Monday and I'm taking the day off to catch up on school work, and cleaning! I'm pretty much caught up on school work, except for studying for my exam which os on Friday, but the house cleaning....really behind. I don't even know where to start?! I did clean the fish bowl though....I feel guilty if I don't cuz fish need a clean house too! So, went to Salt Lake over the weekend to see my darling little nephew and he's getting soooo big! It's amazing how fast they grow, especially when you don't see them for a couple weeks....or even a couple days! He laughs and talks....ok, maybe not like real words, but baby talk. So cute! And he's funny! He got the funny gene...yay! We were going to stay overnight at the LIttle America, but of course, we drove home at 10:00pm with one headlight. Yep, just like the song...."with one headlight!" Seriously, it's so scary driving down the canyon, when it's dark...I mean pitch black outside and you can't see sh$#t! The whole time I'm waiting for a deer or some other wildlife to come flying (literally) over the hillside. So, I'm up against the windshield cuz I think I can see better the closer I am to the windshield?! Finally, when I got to the bottom of Price Canyon, I was able to sit back in the seat and relax a little. Too bad I woke up with the worst backace the next morning. Oh well, I'm just thankful we made it home safely & no animals were harmed as well. I just realized I'm really tired. darnit. I need to get busy so I can boost my energy level....ya right.
